The agency reserves the right to make any changes necessary due to technical, operational reasons, fortuitous events or force majeure, transmission of infectious diseases, occurrence of circulation prohibitions, use of public or private space blockages, interdiction of tourist spots, resulting from this contract by public authorities, applying what is provided in Provisional Measure 948/2020. In case of fortuitous events, understood as those not foreseen and not possible to avoid or force majeure events (natural phenomena, such as storms, typhoons, cyclones, floods, among others), that put the life and safety of clients at risk, or situations of public calamity, disturbance of order, accidents, or strikes detrimental to travel services, the agency reserves the right to alter the tour program, possibly excluding and/or substituting an itinerary/tour, without additional fines, interest, correction, or payment of compensation of any kind.
