Itinerary
Day 1: 17th January (Saturday) - Suzano/Cedar Island-RJ

We will start boarding at Barra Funda-SP at 21:30h (Gate 2).
We will proceed to the second boarding at the Suzano Station, which will start at 23:00h, and we will depart at 23:59h.
The third and final boarding will be at Km 35 of Itaquaquecetuba-SP (Ipiranga Gas Station) at 00:30h
Day 2: 18th January (Sunday) - Suzano/Cedar Island-RJ
After all boardings are completed, we will head to Cedar Island and will have a stop along the way.
The stop will be around 01:30h and will last approximately 40 minutes.
Note: The duration may change in case of unforeseen events.
We will disembark around 07:00h where we will take the boat to cross to Cedar Island.
The crossing will take approximately 10 minutes. 
The breakfast will be served shortly after at the Nelson's Restaurant
After breakfast, we will be free to enjoy Cedar Island and all its infrastructure.
Our lunch will be à la carte dishes, with options of previously chosen dishes including: fish, chicken, and strips of flank steak at Nelson's Restaurant.
After lunch, the afternoon will be free to enjoy all the infrastructure of the Island.
At 17:00h we will return to Suzano.
At 21:00h there will be a 40-minute stop for dinner (not included).
Expected arrival in Suzano at 01:00h on 19/01.

Important Notes
Boarding
The passenger is aware that they must comply with all schedule indications provided to them, taking responsibility for any delays and their consequences. They must present themselves for boarding carrying their original personal documents with a photo and identify themselves to the company representative present at the time.
Included in the price
It is the duty of our client(s) to ensure which services purchased are included in the price paid. Therefore, only those service items expressly mentioned in the description should be understood as included in the price.
Seat Distribution
The seat number will be informed through the WhatsApp group created to provide information about the trip, with priority given to people with comorbidities, the elderly, pregnant women, and adults with infants.
Seat requests must be indicated in the reservation observation field; it is worth noting that this does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.
Image Use Authorization
The client agrees through this document that their image and that of other participants in this reservation may be disclosed on social networks or similar. By doing so, they grant, free of charge and without any burden, all rights related to image and voice, as well as copyright.
Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer or Substitution
Failure to board, in land routes, by passengers held by local authorities will be considered a cancellation.
Inability to board due to lack of proper documentation or delays regarding stipulated times will be considered a withdrawal and will exempt us from any refunds of the amounts paid.
In the event of cancellation with the reversal of the amount in credits, the client will have up to 12 months to use the available amount.
If the contractor fails to make the payment as agreed and does not inform the agency, the reservation will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours from the due date.
Requests for cancellation, withdrawals, or transfers of the trip and/or contracted services must be made via WhatsApp and will incur penalties according to the advance notice given, as outlined in the items below:
Cancellation / Withdrawal:
100% within 7 days after purchase confirmation - According to Art. 49.CDC, when it occurs outside the commercial establishment.
The refund will be made according to EMBRATUR regulations and CDC code, which may vary according to Normative Deliberation No. 161 of August 9, 1985, regarding the percentage value to be refunded as follows:
- More than 31 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the itinerary value;
- Between 30 and 21 days before the trip: 80% of the itinerary value;
- Between 20 and 16 days before the trip: 20% of the itinerary value;
- Between 15 and 07 days before the trip: 10% of the itinerary value;
- Less than 07 days before the trip: No refund of amounts.
Purchases made on credit card: no refunds will be made for installment fees charged by the credit card administrator. Thus, the refund will be made according to the cash value of the travel package.
Transfer:
Package transfer will follow the current values calculated according to the chosen date.
Passenger Substitution:
The substitution of passenger(s) may be made according to convenience and possibility criteria determined exclusively by the agency, always requiring the following prerequisites: prior request via WhatsApp and may incur costs due to travel insurance.
Cancellation by the agency
On trips whose departure and participation depend on a minimum number of people, when this number is not completed by the deadline of 10 (ten days) before the boarding date, the agency will offer its client(s) other travel options in substitution for the cancelled one or refund the amounts paid, leaving the choice to the client.
Cancellation of trips due to fortuitous case or force majeure
Provisional Measure 948/20 determines that service providers, event reservation agents in the tourism and culture sector will have a period of up to 12 months to refund consumers the value of trips purchased and cancelled due to the worsening of the epidemic. The amount will be refunded through credit for use or deduction in the purchase of other services, reservations, and events, to be used within 12 months from the date of contracting.
The agency reserves the right to make any changes necessary due to technical, operational reasons, fortuitous cases or force majeure, transmission of infectious diseases, occurrence of circulation prohibitions, use of public or private space blockages, interdiction of tourist points, resulting from this contract by public bodies, applying what is provided in Provisional Measure 948/2020. Especially regarding the boarding date of land transport vehicles and/or any other service that has been previously reserved in advance, always in order to ensure the physical integrity of the client(s), as well as the perfect and total execution of the contracted services, without prejudice to quality.
Medical Assistance
The agency provides travel insurance that is already included in the package; the coverages have limits, and if the expenses exceed the amount, the client must bear the expenses resulting from them.
Special Assistance
Client(s) requiring special assistance such as those with physical or mental disabilities, pregnant women, or the elderly must inform in advance.
Luggage
It is recommended to avoid checking in valuable and/or fragile items in luggage.
All luggage, packages, and/or items carried by the client(s) are their responsibility and must be identified with tags and/or invoices that prove their acquisition and/or origin.
Thus, it is the duty and responsibility of the client(s) to comply with current regulations regarding the acquisition and transport of products and goods considered illegal and/or irregular. In case of loss, records and complaints must be made directly at the place of occurrence.
Changes to the travel program
Bora Viajar informs that during high season periods, holidays, long weekends, local parties, events, and celebrations, due to high demand, local service providers may occasionally rearrange arrival and departure times, change hotel accommodations, and/or modify schedules.
In the event of a fortuitous case, understood as those unforeseen and unavoidable or force majeure events (natural phenomena such as storms, typhoons, cyclones, floods, among others), that put the life and safety of clients at risk, or situations of public calamity, disturbance of order, accidents or strikes detrimental to travel services, the agency reserves the right to alter the tour program, possibly excluding and/or substituting an itinerary/tour, without additional fines, interest, correction, or payment of compensation of any kind.
Documentation
For domestic trips using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (photo model); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (photo models); Work Card). The passenger's presentation without the aforementioned documentation, or if it is illegible and/or altered, will result in denial of boarding.
Boarding of Minors: For boarding on domestic trips for minors under 16 years old (not completed) (Law No. 13.812/2019), it is necessary to be accompanied by one of the parents or grandparents, or a guardian, or, still, by an older sibling or uncle over 18 years old, always proving the degree of kinship documentarily (through the Minor's Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy). In the event of being accompanied by an adult without the described degree of kinship, written authorization with notarized signature from the father or mother, or guardian, is required. However, if unaccompanied, judicial authorization from the Childhood and Youth Court will be necessary, all in accordance with Articles 83 to 85 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90. The passenger can obtain more information about the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Important: Birth certificates will not be accepted for those over 12 years old. In cases of theft, robbery, or loss of the identification document, the police report issued within the last 60 days is valid.
Accommodation of Minors: Accommodation for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age will follow the terms of applicable legislation, as provided in Article 82 (eighty-two) of Law No. 8.069 of July 13, 1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute, the “ECA”). In these terms, accommodation for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age requires the accompaniment of one (1) of the parents or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate, as well as written authorization from the guardians and authenticated in a notary.
