Itinerary

Day 1: January 7 (Wednesday) - Suzano/Caldas Novas-GO

Boarding will start from 6:20 PM to 7:20 PM in Suzano.

We will proceed to the second boarding at KM 35 in Itaquaquecetuba-SP (Ipiranga gas station) at 7:50 PM.

Third and last boarding at Barra Funda-SP (Gate 2) at 8:30 PM

After all boardings are completed, we will depart for Caldas Novas-GO and we will have two stops. 

The first stop will be at 11:00 PM and will last approximately 40 minutes 

Note: the duration may change in case of unforeseen events. 

Day 2: January 8 (Thursday) - Suzano/Caldas Novas-GO

We will have our second stop at 6:00 AM, lasting approximately 40 minutes for breakfast (not included)

Expected arrival at Hotel Rio das Pedras at 10:00 AM 

We will disembark directly at the Rio das Pedras Thermas Hotel and wait for the room releases.

Before the check-in release, we will have our lunch included in a buffet style (included)  at the hotel

We will have the afternoon and evening free to enjoy the hotel facilities and all the infrastructure that the city offers.  

Dinner buffet style at the hotel from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (included)

Day 3: January 9  (Friday) - Suzano/Caldas Novas

Breakfast at the hotel will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (included) 

Then we will board the bus that will take us to the Naútico Praia Clube (entrance included) 

Lunch at the park buffet style (included)  

We will leave the park at 5:00 PM and transfer back to the hotel by bus.  

Dinner buffet style at the hotel from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (included) 

The evening will be free to enjoy the hotel facilities and all the infrastructure that the city offers.

Day 4: January 10 (Saturday) - Suzano/Caldas Novas

Breakfast at the hotel will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (included) 

Then we will board the bus that will take us to the  Hot Park (entrance included) 

The attractions at Hot Park are surrounded by nature, making it a water park different from what you imagine. Spend a day at the coolest park in Latin America 

Lunch at Hot Park not included (the lunch will be added to the checkout place) 

We will leave the park at 5:00 PM and transfer back to the hotel by bus. 

Dinner buffet style at the hotel from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (included)

The evening will be free to enjoy the hotel facilities and all the infrastructure that the city offers.

Day 5: January 11 (Sunday) - Caldas Novas/Suzano

Breakfast at the hotel will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (included) 

The checkout must be completed by 11:00 AM  

"Checkout after the scheduled time may incur additional charges according to the hotel policy." 

Lunch after checkout at the hotel from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM (included) 

Expected return to Suzano at 1:15 PM  

We will make a stop on the way back for dinner around 7:00 PM, lasting 40 minutes (not included).

Expected arrival in Suzano at 2:00 AM on 01/12.

Important Notes

Boarding

The passenger is aware that they must comply with all schedule indications provided to them, being responsible for any delays and their consequences. They must present themselves for boarding carrying their original personal documents with a photo and identify themselves to the company's representative who will be present on the occasion.

Included in the price

It is the duty of our client(s) to ensure which services purchased are included in the price paid. Thus, only those service items that are expressly mentioned in the description should be understood as included in the price.

Seat Distribution

The seat number will be informed through the WhatsApp group created to provide information about the trip, and the distribution is prioritized for people with comorbidities, the elderly, pregnant women, and adults with infants.

Seat requests must be informed in the reservation observation field; it is worth noting that this does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.

Image Use Authorization

The client agrees through this document that their image and that of other participants in this reservation may be disclosed on social networks or similar. By doing so, they grant, free of charge and without any burden, all rights related to image and voice, as well as copyright rights.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer, or Substitution

Not boarding, in land routes, by passengers held by local authorities will be considered a cancellation.

Inability to board due to lack of proper documentation or delays regarding the stipulated schedules will be considered a withdrawal and will exempt us from any refunds of the amounts paid.

In case of cancellation with reversal of the amount in credits, the client will have up to 12 months to use the available amount.

If the contractor fails to make the payment as agreed and does not inform the agency, the reservation will automatically be canceled after 48 hours from the due date.

Requests for cancellation, withdrawals, or transfers of the trip and/or contracted services must be made via WhatsApp and will imply the application of penalties according to the advance notice with which they are communicated, in accordance with the provisions in the items below:

Cancellation / Withdrawal:

100% within 7 days after purchase confirmation - According to Art. 49.CDC, when it occurs outside the commercial establishment.

The refund will be made according to the EMBRATUR regulations and CDC code, which may vary according to Normative Deliberation No. 161 of August 9, 1985, regarding the percentage value to be refunded will be: 

  • More than 31 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the itinerary value;
  • Between 30 and 21 days before the trip: 80% of the itinerary value;
  • Between 20 and 16 days before the trip: 20% of the itinerary value;
  • Between 15 and 07 days before the trip: 10% of the itinerary value;
  • Less than 07 days before the trip: No refund of amounts.

Purchases made on credit card: no refunds will be made for installment fees charged by the credit card administrator. Thus, the refund will be made according to the cash value of the travel package.

Transfer:

Package transfer will follow the current values calculated according to the chosen date.

Passenger Substitution:

The substitution of passenger(s) may be made according to convenience and possibility criteria determined exclusively by the agency, always requiring the following prerequisites: prior request via WhatsApp and may incur costs due to travel insurance. 

Cancellation by the agency

In trips whose departure and participation depend on a minimum number of people, when this number is not completed by the deadline of 10 (ten days) before the boarding date, the agency will offer its client(s) other travel options in substitution for the canceled one or a refund of the amounts paid, with the choice being up to the client.

Cancellation of trips due to fortuitous event or force majeure

Provisional Measure 948/20 determines that service providers, of event reservations in the tourism and culture sector will have a period of up to 12 months to refund  consumers the value of trips purchased and canceled due to the worsening of the epidemic. The amount will be refunded through credit for use or deduction in the purchase of other services, reservations, and events, to be used within 12 months from the date of contracting.

The agency reserves the right to make any changes that are necessary due to technical, operational reasons, fortuitous events or force majeure, transmission of infectious diseases, occurrence of circulation prohibitions, use of public or private space blockages, interdiction of tourist points, resulting from this contract by public authorities, applying what is provided in Provisional Measure 948/2020. Especially regarding the boarding date of land transport vehicles and/or any other service that has been previously reserved in advance, always in order to ensure the physical integrity of the client(s), as well as the perfect and total execution of the contracted services, without prejudice to quality.

Medical Assistance

The agency provides travel insurance that is already included in the package; the coverages have limits, and if the expenses exceed the amount, the client must bear the expenses resulting from them.

Special Assistance

Client(s) who require special assistance such as those with physical or mental disabilities, pregnant women, or the elderly must inform in advance.

Luggage 

It is recommended to avoid checking in luggage containing valuable and/or fragile items.

All luggage, volumes, and/or items carried by the client(s) are their responsibility and must be identified with tags and/or invoices that prove the acquisition and/or origin of the same.

Thus, it is the duty and responsibility of the client(s) to comply with the current regulations regarding the acquisition and transportation of products and goods considered illegal and/or irregular. In case of loss, records and complaints must be made directly at the place of occurrence.

Changes to the travel program

Bora Viajar informs that during high season periods, holidays, extended holidays, parties, events, and local celebrations, due to high demand, local service providers may occasionally reschedule arrival and departure times, change hotel accommodations and/or modify schedules in the programming.

In case of fortuitous events, understood as those unforeseen and unavoidable or force majeure events (natural phenomena such as storms, typhoons, cyclones, floods, among others), that put the life and safety of clients at risk, or situations of public calamity, disturbance of order, accidents or strikes detrimental to travel services, the agency reserves the right to alter the programming of tours, possibly excluding and/or substituting an itinerary/tour, without additional penalties, interest, correction, or payment of compensation of any kind.

Documentation

For national trips using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (photo model); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (photo models); Work Card). The passenger's presentation without the referred documentation, or if it is illegible and/or scratched, will imply non-boarding.

Boarding of Minors: For boarding on national trips for minors under 16 years old (not completed) (Law No. 13.812/2019), it is necessary that they are accompanied by one of the parents or grandparents, or a guardian, or, still, by an older sibling or uncle over 18 years old, always proving the degree of kinship documentarily (through the Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy of the minor). In the event of being accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, written authorization, with a notarized signature, from the father or mother, or guardian, is required. However, if unaccompanied, judicial authorization from the Childhood and Youth Court will be necessary, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90. The passenger can obtain more information about the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).

Important: Birth certificates will not be accepted for those over 12 years old. In cases of theft, robbery, or loss of identification documents, the police report issued within the last 60 days is valid.

Accommodation of Minors: The accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age will follow the terms of applicable legislation, as provided in article 82 (eighty-two) of Law No. 8.069 of July 13, 1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute, the “ECA”). In these terms, the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age requires the accompaniment of 01 (one) of the parents or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate, as well as written authorization from the guardians and notarized.
