Day 1: October 30 (Friday) - Suzano/Copacabana-RJ

First boarding at Barra Funda-SP at 7:30 PM (Gate 2)
Second boarding in Suzano (near Burger King) from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Last boarding at Km 35 of Itaquaquecetuba-SP (Ipiranga Gas Station) at 10:50 PM
During the journey, we will have a stop.

Day 2: October 31 (Saturday) - Copacabana-RJ/Suzano-SP

Estimated arrival in Rio de Janeiro at 6:00 AM. Due to the time, we will not have an option for breakfast, so we advise everyone to bring their own snack.
We will disembark near the Sugarloaf cable car and then we will start our City Tour with the Vans.
The city tour will pass by the following tourist attractions:

The order of the City Tour will be defined by the city's accredited tour guide.

Important Notes
Boarding
The passenger is aware that they must comply with all schedule indications provided to them, being responsible for any delays and their consequences. They must present themselves for boarding carrying their original personal documents with a photo and identify themselves to the company representative who will be present at the time.
Included in the price
It is the duty of our client(s) to ensure which services purchased are included in the price paid. Thus, only those service items that are expressly mentioned in the description should be understood as included in the price.
Seat Distribution
The seat number will be informed through the WhatsApp group created to provide information about the trip, with priority given to people with comorbidities, the elderly, pregnant women, and adults with infants.
Seat requests must be indicated in the observation field of the reservation; it is worth noting that this does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.
Image Use Authorization
The client agrees through this document that their image and that of other participants in this reservation may be disclosed on social networks or similar platforms. By granting this permission, free of charge and without any burden, all rights related to image and voice, as well as copyright, are ceded.
Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer, or Substitution
Failure to board, in land routes, by passengers detained by local authorities will be considered cancellation.
In the event of inability to board due to lack of proper documentation or delays regarding the stipulated times, it will be considered a withdrawal and we are exempt from any refunds of the amounts paid.
In case of cancellation with reversal of the amount in credits, the client will have a period of up to 12 months to use the available amount.
If the contractor fails to make the payment as agreed and does not inform the agency, the reservation will automatically be canceled after 48 hours from the due date.
Requests for cancellation, withdrawals, or transfers of the trip and/or contracted services must be made via WhatsApp and will imply the application of penalties according to the advance notice with which they are communicated, in accordance with the provisions in the items below:
Cancellation / Withdrawal:
100% within 7 days after the purchase confirmation - According to Art. 49.CDC, when it occurs outside the commercial establishment.
The refund will be made according to the rules of EMBRATUR and CDC code, which may vary according to Normative Deliberation No. 161 of August 9, 1985, regarding the percentage amount to be refunded will be:
- More than 31 days before the start of the trip: Retention of 10% of the amount paid;
- Between 30 and 21 days before the trip: Retention of 30% of the amount paid;
- Between 20 and 15 days before the trip: Retention of 50% of the amount paid;
- Between 14 and 08 days before the trip: Retention of 70% of the amount paid;
- Less than 07 days before the trip: Retention of 100% of the amount paid;
Purchases made with a credit card: The installment fees from the card administrator will be charged.
In cases of trips to amusement parks, where the ticket is purchased in advance, the ticket value may remain as credit for a future trip, making any possibility of refund impossible.
Transfer:
Package transfer will follow the current values calculated according to the chosen date.
Passenger Substitution:
The substitution of passenger(s) may be made according to convenience and possibility criteria determined exclusively by the agency, always requiring the following conditions: prior request via WhatsApp and may incur costs due to travel insurance.
Cancellation by the agency
In trips where the departure and participation depend on a minimum number of people, when this number is not completed by the deadline of 10 (ten days) before the boarding date, the agency will offer its client(s) other travel options in place of the canceled one or a refund of the amounts paid, leaving the choice to the client.
Cancellation of trips due to fortuitous event or force majeure
Provisional Measure 948/20 determines that service providers, event reservation agents in the tourism and culture sector will have a period of up to 12 months to refund consumers the value of trips purchased and canceled due to the worsening of the epidemic. The amount will be refunded through credit for use or deduction in the purchase of other services, reservations, and events, to be used within 12 months from the date of contracting.
The agency reserves the right to make any necessary changes due to technical, operational reasons, fortuitous events or force majeure, transmission of infectious diseases, prohibition of circulation, use of public or private space, blockages, interdiction of tourist points, resulting from this contract by public authorities, applying what is provided in Provisional Measure 948/2020. Especially regarding the boarding date of land transport vehicles and/or any other service that has been previously reserved in advance, always in order to ensure the physical integrity of the client(s), as well as the perfect and total execution of the contracted services, without prejudice to quality.
Medical Assistance
The agency provides travel insurance that is already included in the package; the coverages have limits, and if the expenses exceed the amount, the client must bear the expenses resulting from them.
Special Assistance
Client(s) who require special assistance such as those with physical or mental disabilities, pregnant women, or the elderly must inform in advance.
Luggage
It is recommended to avoid checking in valuable and/or fragile items in luggage.
All luggage, packages, and/or items carried by the client(s) are their responsibility and must be identified with tags and/or invoices that prove their acquisition and/or origin.
Thus, it is the duty and responsibility of the client(s) to comply with current regulations regarding the acquisition and transportation of products and goods considered illegal and/or irregular. In case of loss, records and complaints must be made directly at the place of occurrence.
Changes to the travel program
Bora Viajar informs that during high season periods, holidays, long weekends, local parties, events, and celebrations, due to high demand, local service providers may occasionally rearrange arrival and departure times, change hotel accommodations, and/or modify schedules.
In the event of a fortuitous event, understood as those not foreseen and not possible to avoid or force majeure events (natural phenomena such as storms, typhoons, cyclones, floods, among others), which put the life and safety of clients at risk, or a situation of public calamity, disturbance of order, accidents, or strikes detrimental to travel services, the agency reserves the right to alter the tour program, possibly excluding and/or substituting an itinerary/tour, without additional fines, interest, correction, or payment of compensation of any kind.
Documentation
For national trips using air and/or road transport, it is necessary to present an original identification document in good condition (Any of the following: Identity Card; National Passport; National Driver's License (photo model); Professional Cards issued by National Councils (photo models); Work Card). The passenger's presentation without the aforementioned documentation, or if it is illegible and/or scratched, will result in non-boarding.
Boarding of Minors: For boarding on national trips of minors under 16 years old (not completed) (Law No. 13.812/2019), it is necessary that they are accompanied by one of the parents or grandparents, or a guardian, or, still, by an older sibling or uncle over 18 years old, always proving the degree of kinship documentarily (through the Original Birth Certificate or Authenticated Copy of the minor). In the event of being accompanied by an adult without the degree of kinship described above, written authorization, with notarized signature, from the father or mother, or the guardian, is required. However, if unaccompanied, judicial authorization from the Childhood and Youth Court will be necessary, all in accordance with articles 83 to 85 of the Child and Adolescent Statute - Law No. 8.069/90. The passenger can obtain more information about the necessary documentation from the Federal Police (www.dpf.gov.br).
Important: Birth certificates will not be accepted for those over 12 years old. In cases of theft, robbery, or loss of the identification document, the police report issued within the last 60 days is valid.
Accommodation of Minors: The accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age will follow the terms of applicable legislation, as provided in article 82 (eighty-two) of Law No. 8.069 of July 13, 1990 (Child and Adolescent Statute, the “ECA”). In these terms, the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age requires the accompaniment of 01 (one) of the parents or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate, as well as written authorization from the guardians and notarized.
